Kevin C. Felton, 59 was arrested by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and the Mount Morris Police Department after a search warrant was executed for his Murray Street residence in Mt. Morris.

While the home was being searched, the Livingston County Drug Task Fpore seized crack cocaine, powder cocaine, and fentanyl.
Felton was charged on Thursday, March 16 on felony charges following an investigation by the Livingston County Task Force on cocaine sales in the village of Mt. Morris. Felton was charged with five counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, one count of criminal nuisance in the first degree, and two counts of criminally using drug paraphanalia in the second degree.
Felton was taken to the Livingston County Jail where he was processed for pre-arraignment detention. It was recommended by the District Attorney’s office that Felton be held without bail dur to two prior felony convictions.
Felton was later arraigned before a Town of Groveland judge, wo remanded Felton to the custody of the sheriff with no chance of of bail, to be in appearance at the Village of Mount Morris Court at a later date .
