MONROE COUNTY’S COVID-19 UPDATE

Chief Community Engagement Officer Julie J. Philipp from the Monroe County Department of Public Health reports that there are 33 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 since the update on Tuesday, June 23.

Meanwhile the 3-day average of daily total test taken in Monroe County is currently at 937 tests per day (PCR).

The new individuals include:

–          1 Male 0-10

–          2 Females, 2 Males 10-20

–          6 Females, 3 Males 20-30

–          6 Female, 3 Males 30-40

–          4 Females, 40-50

–          4 Females 50-60

–          1 Male 70-80

–          1 Female 80-90

Deaths
There was 1 new death. The total is 265 to date.

Hospitalized
Of the 3425 confirmed cases, 89 people are hospitalized. 10 of the patients are in the ICU on a ventilator.

Recovered from Isolation
There have been 2724 Recovered from Isolation – Confirmed cases to date.

There have been 3044 total Recovered from Isolation to date. This number reflects confirmed positive COVID-19 cases and known presumed positive COVID-19 cases.

There have been 67172 total PCR tests received to date in Monroe County.
