Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a location in the 1400 block of Lehigh Station Road for the report of a robbery on January 22 at 7:15 PM. A victim reported that while delivering food to the location, he was approached by a male suspect who stated he had a gun and demanded the victim’s money and the food he was delivering.
Later the same evening, at 9:30 PM, deputies responded to the exact location for another robbery. Another delivery driver indicated he was delivering food to the site when he was approached by a person who matched the suspect’s description from the earlier robbery. The victim stated that the suspect demanded the victim hand over money and property, this time displaying a gun.
Based upon a good description of the suspect by both victims, information gathered by our partners at the Monroe Crime Analysis Center, and investigation by MCSO deputies, Iverson Davis, 21, of Henrietta, was identified as a suspect. Deputies were able to locate Davis quickly and take him into custody.
Mr. Davis is charged with the following:
Robbery in the First Degree (Class B Felony)
Mr. Davis was arraigned in Henrietta Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail instead of bail for $10k cash, $30k bond, and $50k partially secured bond. Mr. Davis is on parole for a Robbery
