Monroe County Department of Public Health COVID-19 Update

There are 25 new confirmed cases and one new death from COVID-19 since the 4 p.m. update on Saturday, May 30.

These new individuals include:

–          1 Female between 10 and 19 years of age

–          1 Male between 10 and 19 years of age

–          2 Females in their 20s

–          1 Male in his 20s

–          4 Females in their 30s

–          1 Male in his 30s

–          1 Female in her 40s

–          6 Females in their 50s

–          1 Male in his 50s

–          2 Females in their 60s

–          1 Male in his 60s

–          2 Males in their 80s

–          2 Females in their 90s

Hospitalized
Of the 2877 confirmed cases, 195 people are hospitalized. 19 of the 195 patients are in the ICU on a ventilator.

Recovered from Isolation
There have been 1706 Recovered from Isolation – Confirmed cases to date.

There have been 1991 total Recovered from Isolation to date. This number reflects confirmed positive COVID-19 cases and known presumed positive COVID-19 cases.

Testing
The 3-day average of daily total test taken in Monroe County is currently at 624 tests per day (PCR and Antibody testing).

There have been 41459 total PCR tests received to date in Monroe County.
