A crash on Rt. 64 in Town of Mendon resulted in one woman’s death and non life-threatening injuries to a passenger in that single-car crash.
The driver missed a curve on the road as she traveled northbound near 1079 Pittsford-Mendon Rd. at about 1:35 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5. The driver went off the road into a small gully, hit a tree and rolled over several times. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Honeoye Falls-Mendon Ambulance crew and Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the call. Those involved in the crash were not identified by the Monroe County Sheriff’s office, pending notification of family members.
