LIVINGSTON COUNTY – One of the three locally famous ‘macaroni bandits’ accused of breaking into Build-A-Burger in Mount Morris was also arraigned on drug sale charges on Friday along with 10 others.

According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, James Marullo, 35, of Mount Morris, was arrested for Criminal Sale of Marihuana in the Fourth Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.
James P. Marullo age 35 of Mount Morris was arrested for Criminal Sale of Marihuana 4th (class A Misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (Violation). Marullo was arraigned in Mount Morris Village Court and is held at the Livingston County Jail.
Also arrested and arraigned were Samantha Dixon, 29; Charles Crawley, 44; Paul Oberdorf, 53; Stephanie Gandy, 35; Shane Curts, 23; Thomas Fasce, 56; Hector Arroyo, 40; Dylan Swan, 23; and William Eddy Jr. 17; and Mia Childress, 35.
Charles Crawley age 44 of Mount Morris was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (class B-felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (class B-Felony). Crawley is held at the Livingston County Jail on $25,000.
Paul F. Oberdorf age 53 of Mount Morris was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree-2 counts (class C-felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree-2 counts (class D-Felony). Oberdorf is held at the Livingston County Jail on $50,000.
Stephany Gandy age 35 of Mount Morris was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (class B-felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (class B-Felony), Criminal sale of Marihuana 4th degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Gandy is held at the Livingston County Jail on $5,000.
Shane W. Curts age 23 of Caledonia was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Sale of Marihuana 3rd (Class E-Felony), Criminal Sale of Marihuana 4th (Class A-Misdemeanor), Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5th (Class B-Misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (Violation). Curts is held at the Livingston County Jail on $10,000.
Thomas A. Fasce age 56 of Livonia was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (class B-felony) and Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (class B-Felony). Crawley is held at the Livingston County Jail on $25,000 cash bail, $50,000 bond.
William J. Eddy Jr. age 17 of Livonia was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th (Class D-Felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th (Class D-Felony). Eddy is held at the Livingston County Jail on $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond.
Hector M. Arroyo age 40 of Mount Morris was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (class B-felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (class B-Felony). Arroyo was arraigned in Livingston County Court and held on no bail.
Mia C. Childress age 35 of Fairport was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (class B-felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree (class B-Felony). Childress was arraigned in County Court and held on no bail.
