LIVONIA — Robert Bentley, 25, was charged with allegedly Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child after a lengthy investigation that required experts from Monroe County to examine his computer.
According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Bently was arrested by Investigator Dan Rittenhouse on the felony charge of Possessing a Sexual Performance By a Child after a three month investigation. The Monroe County Crime Laboratory assisted provided technical assistance in removing images of “Child Pornography” from Bentley’s computer.
Bentley was arraigned in Lima Town Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff. Bentley is being held in the Livingston County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
