GENESEO—Authorities arrest 33-year-old man after an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
John R. Litolff, Livonia, was incarcerated at the Livingston County Jail when he called a protected person from the jail on three separate occasions.

According to a press release from Livingston County sheriff, Thomas Dougherty, Litolff was charged with 3 counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. At the time of the arrest, it was discovered that Litolff had previously been convicted of another offense resulting in him being charged with 3 counts of Aggravated Family Offense.
Litolff was arraigned in the Village Court of Geneseo before Justice Houston, who remanded him to the custody of the Sheriff on $10,250 cash or $20,500 bond.
Members of the Road Patrol, Jail and Criminal Investigations Divisions handled the investigation.
