Survived by his daughter; Amara Ann Monroe, his parents; John and Sharon Monroe, his brother; Steven Abbey II, his sister; Kaitlyn Monroe, his grandparents; Norma Monroe, Gary and Gail Ruliffson, and great grandfather; Allen Ruliffson, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.
