At age 92, Joe passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He was born in Rochester, NY to the late Albert and Susan Ferlicca. Joe is predeceased by his wife; Agatha A. Ferlicca. Survived by his children; Linda (Charles) Johnstone of Livonia, NY and Thomas (Debbie) Ferlicca of Key West, FL., his grandchildren; Brian, Dan, Ethan, Mackenzie, Taylor and Stephanie, his great grandchildren; Viktor, Adrian, Isla and Millie.
Joe proudly served his country during the Korean War. After returning home, Joe went to become a Rochester City Police Officer while attending the University of Rochester. After receiving his under graduate degree he went on to Tufts Dental School. He practiced dentistry in Livonia until 1982. He spent his retirement years traveling the country with his wife in their fifth-wheel.
A private graveside service will take place at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Livonia, NY.
