LIVONIA — The Town of Livonia Supervisor, Eric Gott, has confirmed that a Livonia Ambulance was struck by a stray bullet today.
The bizarre situation occurred near Conesus Lake, where Deputies could be heard on the Police Scanner searching for shell cassings.
“No one was injured, and there was no patient on board at the time,” said Eric Gott, Livonia Town Supervisor. “I’ve been told that there is a bullet hole in one of the doors, although I haven’t seen it yet.”
Supervisor Gott stated that the Livingston County Sheriffs office is handling the investigation at this time.
