Livingston County Board of Elections has announced that four villages in Livingston County will be holding their village elections on Tuesday, March 16. All registered voters within the village may vote for their choice of candidates. March 9 is the last day to register for an absentee ballot, and there is no early voting in village elections. Elections will be held for candidates in Dansville, Lima, Livonia and Mt. Morris.
The Board has listed the following people as running for office:
Dansville: Village justice, Scott Kenney (R), running unopposed; Trustees (vote for two) Charlie Perkins (D, A); Norm Zeh (R ), Mike Nagle (R ).
Lima: Mayor: John Skiptunas (R), running unopposed; Trustees (vote for two) David Cabrera (D), John Wadach (D), Brian Smith (R ), Carolyn Fleming (R)
Livonia: Trustees, full term, vote for two: Daniel Coon (R), Christopher Genthner (R). Trustee, unexpired term, vote for one: Annette Meade (R). (Republicans had no challengers candidates for the trustee seats.)
