Livingston County Sheriff’s Office’s Activity Blotter

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department has sent their activity blotter.

Ruben R. Smith, 29, Rochester, NY, was arrested February 19, charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Smith was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no bail. Smith will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Dakota J. Costello, 27, Avoca, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree on February 18. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Costello was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond. Costello will reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Anthony T. Smith, 38, Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Narcotics 3rd Degree with Intent to Sell, Criminal Possession of Narcotics 3rd Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence and two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Smith was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no bail. Smith will respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Tyler D. Palumbo, 22, Springwater, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection Sticker on February 18. Palumbo was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Ian J. Evaniak, 31, Wayland, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Speeding on February 15, and was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Dansville Town Court on a later date.

Kavin M. Attaway, 37, Livonia, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding on February 19. Attaway was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Kristopher T. Hubbard, 36, Fillmore, NY, was arrested February 19, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2 nd Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2 nd Degree and a License Plate violation. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Hubbard was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $750 cash bail. Hubbard will respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Dean R. Cooper, 24, Belfast, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2 nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument on February 19. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Cooper was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail. Cooper will reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Matthew P. Thellen, 33, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, Speeding and Failure to attach Registration Sticker to Motor Vehicle. Thellen will answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Kenneth J. Clark, 27, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny on February 19. Clark was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Brandon L. Jewell, 43, Lima, NY, was cited February 20, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Notify DMV of Address Change. Jewell was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

William E. Nickerson, 18, Nunda, NY, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct on February 21. Nickerson will address charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date.
