Gabrielle C. Helmer, 18, Nunda, NY, and Shannon K. Roberts, 19, Lakeville, NY, were charged with three counts of Petit Larceny on March 6. Charged with two counts of Petit Larceny were two persons whose names are not released because of age. All were released on appearance tickets to answer charges in Groveland, Geneseo and West Sparta Town Courts on later dates.
Taylor A. Browne, 24, Scottsburgh, NY, was charged March 7, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Mobile Phone and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Browne was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Harley R. Wood, 48, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree on March 9. Wood will reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Jessica L. Zicari, 35, Charlotte, NY, was arrested March 10, charged with Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree. Zicari will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Marie A. Spitz, 32, Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2 nd Degree on March 10. Spitz will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Michayla A. Welytok, 25, Dansville, NY, was charged with Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia on March 7, and following LC-CAP arraignment was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $1,500 cash bail. Welytok will satisfy charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Larissa J. Hall, 28, Wayland, NY, was arrested March 7, charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Speeding. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Hall was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $2,500 cash bail.
Oren W. Clark-Schultz, 26, Alfred, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument on March 7, and following LC-CAP arraignment was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail. Clark-Schultz will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Jonathan R. Miller, 26, Wayland, NY, was arrested March 7, charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated, felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Moving From Lane Unsafely and Failure to Keep Right. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Miller was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $2,500 cash bail. Miller will reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Alphonso L. Bouie, 24, Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Crossing the Divider of a Limited Access Highway and Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer Test on March 8. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Bouie was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. Bouie will respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Darrin E. Graham, 53, Avon, NY, was arrested March 7, charged with felony Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs and Alcohol, Driving While Intoxicated as a felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and a traffic signal violation. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Graham was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $5,000 cash bail and will reply to charges in Avon Village
Court on a later date.

Todd N. Barrett, 26, Avon, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident on March 9. Barrett was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
