Livingston County Sheriff’s Blotter 3/3-3/17

Jessica Feely, 43, Wayland, was arrested on charges of bail jumping and promoting prison contraband, 1st, possession of a controlled substance, on March 4.  Feely was scheduled to return to Town of Lima court on April 4.

Mathew J. Mackenzie, 36, Mt. Morris, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, vehicle traffic violation on March 4, and was scheduled to return to Town of Avon Court on March 28.

Olivia A. Placente, 21, of Spencerport was arrested on March 4, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree on March 4.  She is scheduled to return to the Town of Avon Court on March 28.

Benjamin J. Clark Jr., 22, Wayland, was arrested on March 5 and charged with DWI, vehicle traffic law. He was to return to the Town of Geneseo court on March 21.

Stuart A. Edwards, 53, of Caledonia was charged with DWI and violation of vehicle traffic law on Marh 5.  Edwards was to return to Town of Caledonia court on March 20.

Zoe E. Mills, 19, of Hemlock was arrested on March 5 and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree.  Mills was scheduled to return to the Town of Livonia court on March 21.

Justin JL Peace, 27, of Geneseo, was charged on March 4 with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a vehicle in the third degree, a vehicle traffic law violation.  Peace is scheduled to return to the Geneseo Village Court on April 28.

Tyler J. Wagner, 23, of Caledonia was arrested on March 6 and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle in the third degree, vehicle traffic law, and was to  return to Town of Caledonia court on April 3.

Pollo B. Johnson, 54, of Caledonia was arrested on DWI charges on March 6. Johnson was scheduled to return to Town of York court on March 27.

Vincent P. Wozlonis, 43, of Lima was arrested on March 8 and charged with Burglary 2nd, Burglary 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Arson 5th, Petit Larceny, Criminal Trespass 2nd, and Possession of Burglar Tools. He was to report to the Town of Lima court on March 13.

Justin D. Phillips, of Dansville was arrested on March 9 and charged with Offering a False Instrument for Filing 2nd.  He was to return to the Village of Geneseo court on April 11.

Jonathan L. Sutton, of Dansville was arrested on March 9, and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was to return to Village of Dansville court on April 4.

Randy J. Rowe, 41, of Rochester, was charged on Feb. 28 with bail jumping in the third degree and was to return to the Town of Avon court on March 28.

Miguel A. Lopez, 37, of Geneseo was charged with DWI on March 11, and was to return to Village of Geneseo court on March 28.

Benjamin W. Smith, 33, of Conesus, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation on March 12, and was to return to the Town of Geneseo court on April 4.

Brenden M. Mearns, 27. of Rochester was charged with DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle in the 3rd, VTL on March 13, and was scheduled to return to the Town of Groveland Court on March 15.

Christian M. Antonelli, 42, of Rochester was charged with Aggravated Unlawful Operation of a Vehicle in the 3rd degree, VTL, on March 13. and was scheduled to appear in Town of Avon court on March  28.

Chad W. Lipson, 43, of Caledonia was arrested on March 14 for bail jumping in the 2nd degree.  He was scheduled to appear in Village of Avon court on March 28.

Forrest M. Edmond, 24, of Nunda was arrested on DWI charges on March 14, and was scheduled to appear in Town of Mt. Morris court on March 22.

Cody A. Smith, 32, of Naples, was charged on March 14 with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle, VTL, and was scheduled to appear in Town of Groveland court on April 5.

Russel H. Maurer, 66, of Livonia, was charged with Theft of Services, and Criminal Tampering in the second degree.  He will appear in Livonia Town Court on April 4.

John R. Litolff, 37, of Dansville, was charged with Predatory Sexual Assault against a Child under 11, first degree rape. He was scheduled to appear in Twn of Livonia court on March 20.

Janet S. Parker, 62, of Conesus was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, VTL, and was scheduled to report to Town of Livonia Court on March 21.

Justin P. Myles, 27, of Dansville, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle in the third degree, VTL, and was to report to the Town of Ossian court on April 5.

Conor  Kleitz, 29, of Binghamton was arrested on March 16 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, Criminal Possession of Cannabis in the 3rd degree, VTL.  He is scheduled to return to the Town of North Dansville court on April 4.

James P. Hildreth, Jr., 47, of Avon, was arrested on March 16, and charged with Petit Larceny.  He was scheduled to return to the Town of Avon court on March 28.
