Livingston County Sheriff’s Blotter 2/19-2/24

The following arrests were made by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department the week of 2/17-2/24

Jordan VanLare, 25, Livonia, was arrested on Feb. 19, and charged with criminal mischief 3rd, criminal mischief 4, and harassment secong.  He will return to Town of Livonia court on March 7.

Wendee E. Jacobson, 65, of Springwater was arrested on Feb. 19 for a disposal of dead animals in violation of the Ag and Markets law.  She will return to Town of Springwater Town Court on March 9.

Logan T. Brathwaitequelly, 31, of Avon, was arrested on Feb. 19 and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and violation of traffic law. Brathwaitequelly will return to Village of Avon Court on March 14.

Donyel E. Walker 24, of Dansville was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and violation of traffic law.  Walker will return to Town of Geneseo Court on March 14.

Todd A. Carpenter, 55, of Hunt, was arrested and charged with forcible touching on February 20.  He will return to Town of Portage court on March 13.

Tiffany L. Jaeger, 28, of Wayland was charged with petit larceny on February 20.  She will return to Town of North Dansville Court on March 7.

John A. Georgetti, 46, of Rochester was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, and a violation of traffic law on Feb. 20. Georgetti will return to Town of Lima court on March 20.

Jamie R,. Arnold, 50, of Hemlock was arrested and charged on Feb. 21, of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and a violation of Vehicle Traffic law.  Arnold has a court date with the Town of Livonia Town Justice on March 7.

Zoe A. Mills, 19, of Hemlock was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with DWI, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle 3rd, and violation of vehicle traffic law.  Mills was scheduled to appear in Town of Livonia court on Feb. 28.

Christopher M. Schafer, 57, of Groveland, was arrested and charged with DWI and violation of vehicle traffic law in the Town of Conesus on Feb. 22. Schafer is scheduled to appear in the Town of Conesus court on March 8.

Kelly E. Weldy, 40, of Linwood was arrested in th Town of York and charged with Forgery 2nd and petit larceny.  Weldy was scheduled to return to Town of York court on Feb. 27.

Candace M. Willett, 34, of Hunt was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and violation of the vehicle traffic law.  Willett will return to Town of Avon court on March 14.

Nelson E. Rosado, 29, of Rochester was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, VTL, on Feb. 23 and is to return to Town of Avon court on March 14.

Christopher J. Kreutter, 28, of Perry was arrested on Feb. 23, and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, VTL. and will return to Town of Geneseo court on March 7.

Steven R. Robbins, 33, of Fairport, was arrested for CPCS 7th (criminal possession of a controlled substance) and violation of traffic law on Feb. 23.  Robbins is due in Town of Avon Court on March 14.

Christine M. Sharpe, 40, of Fairport, was arrested for CPCS 7th (criminal possession of a controlled substance), and CDUP 2nd on Feb. 23. Sharpe is scheduled to return to Town of Avon Court on March 14.

Candace M. McMahon, 41, of Fairport, was arrested for CPCS 7th (criminal possession of a controlled substance), on Feb. 23 and will return to Town of Avon Court on March 14.

Tye K. Cerone, 26, of Lima, was charged on Feb. 24 with predatory sexual assault of a child under the age of 13.  He will be appearing in Livingston County Court on March 14.
