Livingston County Sheriff’s Activity Report

 

The Sheriff of Livingston County’s cadre made over 10 arrests in the past week.  This included public lewdness by a 64-year-old, grand larceny, drug related violations and an unregistered weapon.  There were also two arrests for endangering the welfare of a child and a disorderly conduct.

Jessica C. Lawrence, 32, Livonia, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% or more, Refusal to Submit to Breath Test and a parking violation on June 20, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date.

Jacob L. Vales, 23, Livonia, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to Breath Test Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, Unlicensed Operation and an equipment violation on June 20, and after arraignment at CAP Court was released to answer charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date.

Phillip R. Baylor, 32, Leicester, NY, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Unlicensed Operation and Unregistered Motor on June 23, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Howard M. Northrop, 62, Avon, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (blood alcohol content of .18% or more on June 23, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Chad E. Panipinto, 45, Livonia, NY, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd on June 22, and after arraignment at CAP Court was released to answer charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Brian J. Jarvis, 44, York, NY, was charged with Disorderly Conduct on June 22, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Tanya L. Tooley, 48, Livonia, NY, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on June 20, and after arraignment at CAP Court was released to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Brian J. Jarvis, 44, York, NY, was charged with 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 5 counts of Harassment 2nd and 5 counts of Menacing 2nd Degree on June 22, and after arraignment at CAP Court was released to answer charges in York Town Court on a later date.

Samantha J. Ochsenhirt, 29, Phelps, NY, was charged with Grand Larceny 4th on June 24, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Russell H. Maurer, 64, Livonia, NY, was charged with Public Lewdness on June 24, and after arraignment at CAP Court was released to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Zachary A. Clarkson, 23, Lima, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree and an equipment violation on June 24, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Jasmine P. Lund, 31, North Troy, VT, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, Unregister Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Operation, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree, Switched Plates, Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Following too on June 24, and was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
