Livingston County Sheriff Police Blotter Feb. 28-March 1

Stacey L. Wall, 41, Caledonia, was arrested and charged with issuing a bad check on Feb. 24. She will return to Livonia Town Court on March 21.

Kelli M. Harvey, 50, Geneseo, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with Harassment 2^nd.Harvey was scheduled to return to Town of Groveland Court on March 1.

Crystal M. Swanson, 51, of Wayland, was arrested on Feb. 24, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7^th, Vehicle traffic law violation. She will return to Town of Avon Court on March 14.

Jemel A. Jordan, 38, of Avon, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a child, and Harassment, 2^nd.  Jordan was scheduled to appear in Livonia Town Court on Feb. 28.

Karrijo L. Lane, 22, of Geneseo, was arrested in Mt. Morris and charged with harassment 2^nd. Lane is scheduled to appear in Mt. Morris Town Court on March 27.

Tosha M. Mercado, 40, of Dansville, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3^rd and a violation of the vehicle traffic law.  Mercado is to return to Town of Ossian Court on April 6.

Darrell L. Lattimore, 21, of Rochester, was arrested on Feb.26 and  charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and a violation of the vehicle traffic law.  Lattmore is to return to Town of Avon Court on March 14.

Jonathon C. Long, 34, of Rochester was arrested by the Livingston County Sheriff’s department on Feb. 27, and was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and a violation of the vehicle traffic law.  Long is to return to Town of Avon Court on March 14.   .

Alexis A. Jersey, 31, of Canisteo, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with bail jumping 3^rd, and is scheduled to return to Town of Avon court on March 14.

Danae  R. Gomez,36, of Dansville was arrested on Feb. 28 and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a violation of the vehicle traffic law.  Gomez will return to Town of Mt. Morris court on March 15.

Frank G. Cruz, 22, of Rochester, was arrested on Feb.28 and charged with Forgery 2^nd, Grand Larceny 4^th and will be seen in Geneseo Village Court on March 28.

Johnmichael Santiago, 23, of Geneseo, was arrested o Feb. 28 and charged with assault 2^nd while in a Correctional Facility.  Santiago was in Village of Geneseo Court on March 3.

Nathan C. May, 23, of Mt. Morris was charged with criminal contempt and resisting arrest on Feb. 28. May is scheduled to appear in the Village of Mt. Morris Court on March 22.

Nicholas A. Erwin, 25, of Nunda, was arrested on March 1, and charged with DWAI Drugs, DWI, VTL.  Erwin will appear in Town of Nunda Court on March 14.
