Mount Morris– A Mount Morris man was arrested after a six month investigation during the early hours Thursday morning. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T Team executed the search warrant.
Timothy J. Eyer, 30, of Mount Morris was arrested at his home Thursday. The investigation revealed that Eyer was in possession of illegal substances as he was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance, Criminal Possession of Marijuana and Criminal Possession of a hypodermic instrument. There are still more charges pending as the investigation continues.
The Mount Morris Police Department and the Livingston County District Attorney’s Office also assisted in the investigation that resulted in Eyer’s arrest. Eyer was arraigned in Mount Morris Town Court and he was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on a bail of $5,000.
