LIVINGSTON COUNTY — A level 3 sex offender is back in a Livingston County courtroom after allegedly failing to maintain his required terms.
Juan Marrero, 39, was arrested in November of 2012 for failing to update his address, which is mandatory as a level 3 sex offender. Marrero made his court appearance with his Defense Attorney, John Darpino, and the matter is adjourned until March 19.
According to the Livingston County Sheriffs Sex offender registry Marrero was arrested in 2002 for the rape and imprisonment of a young child in Mount Morris.
A level 3 sex offender is the highest level possible that includes very strict requirements from the convicts.
Since being charged Marrero has been released after posting bail.
March 19th, conference motions.
