Last month, to celebrate Women’s History Month 2021, the Legislative Women’s Caucus – a bipartisan and bicameral caucus of women elected to the New York Legislature – recognized and thanked essential women from all over the state for their courage and dedication in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As part of a virtual celebration, Assembly member Marjorie Byrnes honored Jennifer Rodriguez, Director of Livingston County’s Department of Health. Watch the full video of the celebration here.
Byrnes stated, “Jennifer Rodriguez is the 133rd District’s Essential Woman. As the Director of the Livingston County Department of Health, Ms. Rodriguez has shown exemplary service and dedication to both the citizens and local officials of Livingston County.”
“Her efforts during difficult times have kept us all informed and educated regarding our county’s response to the pandemic,” Byrnes continued.
