HEMLOCK: Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty reports the third and final arrest stemming from the robbery investigation that occurred at the Hemlock Park on October 6th, 2018.
On November 19, 2018 Taliek E. Fletcher, age 19 from Bronx NY, was arrested and charged with Robbery in the 2nd Degree, Assault in the 2nd Degree, and Grand Larceny in the 4th
An arrest warrant had been issued for Fletcher after Sheriff’s Investigators believed that he had left the area after committing the robbery in October. Livingston County Sheriff’s Investigators along with the US Marshalls Fugitive Task Force followed up numerous leads as to Fletcher’s whereabouts until he turned himself in to the Sheriff’s Office on November 19th. Fletcher was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and pre-arraignment detention. The District Attorney’s Office was contacted in regards to bail due to the felony level charges and requested the Judge to hold Fletcher on $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
Fletcher was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of York Justice Daniel Koch. The Judge remanded Fletcher to the custody of the Sheriff on the recommended bail of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
Sheriff’s Investigators previously arrested 19 year old David M. Hawkes Jr. and 20 year old Simeon A. Marshall on Robbery in the 2nd Degree and Assault in the 2nd Degree charges
stemming from an incident that occurred on October 6, 2018 at approximately 12:45 pm, when Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Hemlock Park on Rix Hill Road in the Town of Livonia for a reported robbery that had just occurred.
