LAKEVILLE – A Lakeville man was arrested by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and Caledonia Police Department after allegedly selling pills to an undercover police officer with the Livingston County Drug Task Force.
According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Jason Noble, 40, was arrested on a Superior Court Warrant and charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a class C felony, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a D felony.
Noble allegedly sold Suboxone to an undercover member of the Drug Task Force.
Jason Noble’s wife, Amy Noble, 47, was arrested in July, also for selling Suboxone to a member of the Livingston County Drug Task Force.
Noble awaits arraignment in the Livingston County Jail.
