The Lady Mustangs opened their season last night at Ralph Clemens field against Livonia. The Mustangs lost the contest 4-3 in Overtime. The Mustangs went down 1-0 after a goal from Emily O’Duffy in the opening 10 minutes of the game. Madison Lee tied it up for the Mustangs three minutes later. The Mustangs went down 3-1 after a late first half goal by Jenna Leverson and an early second half goal from Anna Cinquino. The Mustangs once again tied the game after Kali Meyer and Madi Lee put two unanswered goals in the back of the net. The Mustangs and Bulldogs went into overtime where Morgan Hall recorded the game winning goal with 6 minutes left in the contest. Assists on the night went to Kali Meyer, Sophia Frisiras, and Mackenzie Johnson-Boser. Abigail Belcher was in goal for the Mustangs and recorded 10 saves. The mustangs travel to Hornell Thursday to take on the Raiders.
