DANSVILLE – A jury convicted a Dansville man last Thursday for a 2015 cocaine sale to a confidential informant with the Dansville Police Department.
Andrew Campbell, 27, was convicted of two counts of felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and two counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.
Over three days, several witnesses including the confidential informant and members of the Dansville Police Department testified.
Assistant District Attorney Victor Rowcliffe prosecuted the case. Attorney John Lockhart represented Campbell.
Livingston County Court Judge Robert Wiggins remanded Campbell to the Livingston County Jail without bail and scheduled sentencing for a later date.
Campbell now faces one count of felony Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree for allegedly stealing a purse containing a credit card at a local bar.
