Nunda Fun Days Pet Parade attracts big crowd

 

NUNDA- The village of Nunda was buzzing with people for the start of the 48th annual Nunda Fun Days, beginning with the Children’s Pet Parade.
People came from all over the county to see more than 250 people march the streets of Nunda alongside their costumed  children and pets.
“Every year since its beginning, there has been a children’s pet parade,” said Marie Schoenacker, member of the Fun Days committee. “This year was a beautiful night, just an absolutely gorgeous night for a parade.”
The Nunda Fun Day’s will continue through Saturday, with carnival grounds open each night and ending with a Grand Parade Saturday at 6:00PM.
