GENESEO – Valley lovers are spreading a photo of a beautiful moment on SUNY Geneseo’s campus like wildfire.
In just four hours, 632 people ‘reacted to’ the post to SUNY Geneseo’s Facebook page. The College wishes Shane O’Donnell and Caitlin Sullivan ’13 all the best.
“Yesterday afternoon, as the sun set over the valley, one of those small but perfect moments happened on our campus,” posted SUNY Geneseo. “This perfect moment has an equally perfect ending, becuse she said yes. 🙂 Congratulations Caitlin and Shane! We wish you all the happiness in the world.”
SUNY Geneseo posted that as a student, Caitlin was a member of Geneseo Fire Rescue, and met Shane, who was also a first responder while on an emergency call.
“Two caring, compassionate people were thrown together while helping others, and fell in love,” posted SUNY Geneseo.
The internet thinks that this is the perfect spot for a perfect moment.
“My actual life goal is to get proposed to here and have Keith Walters hiding in a bush to capture the moment,” commented SUNY Geneseo alum Megan McCaffrey. “Well done.”
