Hurlbut Avon Care Center Impeding the Efforts of Livingston County’s Department of Health

 

According to a highly credible source the Avon’s Hurlbut Care Center is “impeding the efforts of the Livingston County’s Department of Health.”

This same source indicates that the Health Department “offered to do blanket testing of both their employees and their patients but was refused.”    They do not want the DOH to know how rampant the COVID-19 virus is within that nursing home, the source indicated.

Furthermore a “gag order was placed upon all  the mployees of the nursing home not to speak about the conditions within the home or they would be fired.”

The nursing home, located at 215 Clinton Street, is one of 13 care communities of which others are also being closely observed for improperly taking care of their patients.
