Honeoye Lake – Robert “Bob” W. Karle ~ January 27, 2021

 

At 73, Bob passed away at his home on Honeoye Lake on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.  He was born in Rochester, New York to the late Walter and Jane Karle.  Survived by his children; Stephen Karle and Robin Karle both of DeFuniak Springs, FL, his northern grandchildren; Eva Davis and Ripley Sheldon, his southern grandchildren; Ryan, Kadience, and Lillyann Karle, along with many close friends from Canada, and the US.

Once Bob graduated from High School, he went on to serve his country in the Vietnam War as a Spec. 5.  After the war Bob went on to graduate from college and became a mechanical engineer for the Eastman Kodak Company, where he retired.  Bob had a passion for serving his community and was the Past Captain for the Hamlin Fire Police.  He will be greatly missed.
