HONEOYE FALLS – The New York State Police arrested an Assistant Track Coach at Honeoye Falls Lima High School for allegedly requesting illicit photographs from a 16-year-old.
According to a press release from New York State Police, Jeffrey Utegg, 32, was arrested for misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
NYSP in Rochester made the arrest on Dec. 5 after an investigation which alleges that Utegg did engage in an inappropriate conversation on Instagram Messenger during which he requested nude photographs.
He was arraigned in the Town of Mendon Court and released on his own recognizance with no bail required.
He is scheduled to reappear back in the Town of Mendon Court at a later date.
