GENESEO – The Livingston County Historical Society extends an invitation to all home-educated students to audition for the Staged Reading of the new historical drama, “Wicket Ways.”
Auditions will be held on Thursday, April 16 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Livingston County Historical Society at 30 Center Street, and to attend for about an hour for individual and group readings. Songs may be included in the staged reading, and those interested in singing a solo will be given the opportunity to sing a simple song a capella.
Those wishing to audition must be home-educated students ages 13 to 18. There are 13 roles to fill in all, including eight female and five male. Boys are highly encouraged to audition. Though local Livingston County students will be prioritized, all home-educated students who would like to participate will be considered.
Rehearsals will be held Thursday April 23 and April 30 from 1 to 4 p.m at Livingston County Historical Society will be public presented on Saturday May 2, 10:30am at Theater 101 in Mount Morris.
