Hemlock: Erik passed unexpectedly on March 3, 2019 at the age of 39. Survived by his mother; Cathy Deveans, his sister Bridgette (George) Blair, his niece and nephew; John and Abby Blair. Erik is predeceased by his father David O’Brien.

Erik had a love for music, fishing and his dog, Mick. Playing with his niece Abby and watching his nephew Johnny play sports meant the world to Erik.
Friends and Family are invited to visit and share memories at the Kevin W. Dougherty Funeral Home, 8624 Main St., Honeoye on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 1-3PM with a Memorial Service to immediately follow. Interment will be held privately in the spring.
Memorial Contributions may be made to your favorite animal rescues or humane society. Friends are welcome for food and fellowship at the Blair residence in Honeoye, following services.
