MOUNT MORRIS — A Mount Morris man is facing felony charges after allegedly taking a woman’s vehicle without permission.

According to a report from Livingston County Sheriff, Thomas Dougherty, on July 10, deputies were dispatched to Mount Morris to investigate reports of a vehicle taken without the owner’s permission. The vehicle was ultimately returned, and the owner did request criminal charges.
Eric S. Holley, 25, from Mount Morris, was arrested by Deputy Brittany Smyder, and charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, which is a felony.
Holley was arraigned in the Livingston County Central Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail. The arraignment was handled by York Town Justice Thomas Porter. The Judge did remand Holley to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
