UPDATE BELOW: ALBANY — Gov. Andrew Cuomo has activated the State Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Thursday as a result of a winter storm that is crushing the northeast.
By the time the storm finishes dumping snow we can anticipate 10-20 inches of snow. Tonight high winds and low temperatures will make travel dangerous.
First responders have had their hands full fender benders and vehicles that have slid off of the road.

Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty has issued a ‘no unnecessary travel advisory’ for the county as well.
