GENESEO – Nothnagle Realtors, who both merged with Howard Hanna in 2015, has changed its name across the region including Main Street Geneseo.
According to a press release from Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the the partnership between Howard Hanna, Nothnagle and RealtyUSA forms a team of 3,000 agents and employees in 101 offices across New York state, and a 32% market share of homes sold.
“Establishing brand consistency is about more than just putting a logo on buildings and for sale signs.” said Armand D’Alfonso, former owner of Nothnagle Realtors and now President of Howard Hanna New York. “It is about being compatible and credible. The attributes of Howard Hanna, RealtyUSA and Nothnagle are interlinked, and we are all working together for the best interests of our clients. There is a high level of loyalty and longevity among management, agents, employees and clients that will allow for continued growth. We are all moving forward together.”
Howard W. ‘Hoby’ Hanna, IV, President of Real Estate Brokerage, said that this move positions the company for continued growth.
“We continue to grow and evolve, remaining mindful of our mission to provide unparalleled, innovative, and comprehensive real estate services to our clients,” said Hanna. “This is the right time to bring the three companies together and the transition of merging has been an ongoing benefit to our agents, employees and clients. Nothnagle and RealtyUSA agents have been able to expand the services they offer, as we introduced the exclusive Howard Hanna 100% Money Back Guarantee to our New York markets shortly after the mergers took place. Bringing everyone together under one name and brand will create consistency and is a win-win for the agent and client.”
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is now the third largest real estate company in the United States, with more than 9,000 agents and employees across the eight states of NY, PA, OH, VA, MI, WV, NC and MD. Last year, the company recorded 95,152 closed transactions.
“Howard Hanna is the largest family-owned real estate company in America. “With the Hanna brand name on all 101 New York offices, we want to be known for an extraordinary combination of agents, services and products, with experience to back it up,” said Hanna.
