Coast Professional’s ‘dress down for charity’ program requested employees to donate $20 or more for the option to wear jeans and business casual attire in the office for the month. The total donation included individual donations from employees in Geneseo and Henrietta in addition to the company’s decision to match up to $1,000 per office.
“Coast’s dress down program was created to give back to the community through monthly donations and further establish our company culture of philanthropy,” said Roxanne Baker, President of Coast Professional Inc. “Our staff have been the driving force behind this program, which continues to exceed our expectations.”
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester has provided free housing and support for families of critically ill children since 1990. All proceeds from the “dress down” program will benefit local families and help RMHC provide lodging to local families whose children are undergoing health procedures in Rochester hospitals.
“Coast is proud that we are able to create a positive impact within the local area and establish an appreciation of charity throughout our organization,” continued Baker. “On behalf of Coast and our employees, we are proud to give this donation to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester.”
