On April 8th, the Geneseo Varsity Baseball Team beat Hornell in a game that saw Geneseo win with 6 hits. The 3 runs were made by Thomas Elliott, Michael Wlalton and Noah Reilly . Hornell fell behind after 4 errors.
Geneseo 3, Hornell 0 
Jake Hamilton – 7ip, 7k, 2bb, 0R (perfect through 4, no hits threw 6, faced one batter over the minimum.) Luke Harris – 3 for 3, 2b. “Tonight is a good example of how good we can be when we play clean baseball defensively. Jake threw very well again and we were able to put the ball in play and pick up a few runs. Luke Harris had a breakout day at the plate and has looked good at the plate the last 2 games. Liam Miskell and Jake Hamilton really controlled the running game well which was a welcome sign.” said Nick Drolette, Geneseo Coach.

Geneseo 10, Warsaw 0 
Geneseo Varsity Baseball Team played again on April 9th. Geneseo routed Warsaw 10 – 0. Geneseo won behind runs from Owen Lyons, Luke Harris, Michael Walton, Evan Salvaggio, Jordan Lambert, Jake Hamilton, Liam Miskell, and Noah Riley.
“These were some tough conditions to pitch in but Evan Salvaggio really did a good job. We had some long turns at bat but he was able to stay warm and pitch his game. Offensively we got a few guys really have some good at bats forcing some deep counts and putting the ball in play. I’m very pleased with what I’m seeing from these guys right now.” said Nick Drolette, Geneseo Coach.
