Geneseo Town Board approves sewer changes

GENESEO — The Geneseo Town Board accepted a list of proposed changes in sewer units at tonight’s board meeting.

The changes were brought before the public at a Geneseo Village Board of Trustees public hearing earlier in the year. No one showed up to the hearing to object the changes.

Since the Village Board has not yet accepted the changes, the Town Board’s acceptance is contingent on the Village’s approval.

If the Village approves the changes, they will be effective with the November 2012 billing.

The final approval would change 44 of Bruckel’s and Peter’s carwash units to 48 units; 13 of Colony Dry Cleaners’ units to 16; 2 of Dollar Tree Stores’ units to 1; 36 of Morgan Estates ACF’s units to 43; 3 of Tran and Darlene’s units to 2 and 57 of Wegmans’ units to 68.
