GENESEO— The Riviera will be hosting a concert featuring the soulful Mary Fahl on October 14 at 8 p.m.
Mary Fahl is an expressive, emotional singer/songwriter who first achieved fame as lead singer and co-founder of the mid-1990s NYC- based Folk-Chamber Pop group October Project.
As a solo artist, Mary has released several albums, including the re-working of Pink Floyd’s “Dark Side of the Moon” for V2 Records and her original studio album “The Other Side of Time” on Sony Odyssey.
Her most recent album “Live at the Mauch Chunk Opera House”, winner of the Indie Acoustic “Album of the Year” award, is a collection of twenty-four tracks recorded live at one of America’s oldest vaudeville theaters.
In 2014, Fahl released “Love and Gravity” – an album filled with flowing, folk-etched ballads produced by the legendary John Lissauer.
She is currently working on songs for a new full length album while spending her weekends touring the country and delivering performances that will have you captivated.
Tickets will be sold at the Riviera for $25-$35.
