According to Niche.com, their content comes from a variety of sources, including student, parent, and resident surveys, school administrators, and government databases, which is then used to generate rankings and power school profiles and search tools.
The site says it considers things to do, ease of commute, education, community, housing, jobs, crime and safety, health and fitness, outdoor activities, and weather when computing a town’s rank.
Only White Plains, NY outranks Geneseo for nicest town statewide.
Geneseo is ranked 66th best town nationally.
