April 16
Joseph Floyd-Carter, age 24 from Geneseo, NY was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana on East South Street. Floyd-Carter is scheduled to appear in Geneseo Village Court on May 14.
April 19
Benjamin Schmitz, age 21 from Yorktown Heights, NY was charged with loud noise on Orchard Street. Schmitz is scheduled to appear in Geneseo Village Court on May 7.
April 20
Gavin Plimton, age 20 from Peru, NY; Nicholas Knonpka, age 21 from Pine Island, NY; and Gabriel Thompson, age 22 from East Aurora, NY were charged with selling alcoholic beverages without a license and a social host violation. It is alleged that the above individuals sold alcoholic beverages without a New York State liquor license and hosted a party with underage people that were drinking alcoholic beverages. The individuals are scheduled to appear in Geneseo Village Court on May 7.
April 20
Nick Boulad, from Rochester, NY was arrested on two active warrants while at the Country Lane Apartments. The warrants were from the Village of Mt. Morris for criminal possession of stolen property and aggravated harassment. Boulad was turned over to the Mt. Morris Police Department.
