operation in the third degree, unlicensed operation, driving without insurance, and
driving with a suspended registration on South Street. Lunn is scheduled to appear

Jonathan Rivera-Morales, age 37 from Mt. Morris, NY was charged with
aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, expired registration, and
driving with a suspended registration on South Street. Rivera-Morales is scheduled
