The Geneseo Police Department had the following activity:
February 5
Nicholas Dilal, age 43 from Leicester, NY was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlicensed operation, and an equipment violation on East South Street. Dilal is scheduled to appear in Geneseo Village Court on March 5.
February 6
Elijah Davis, age 22 from Buffalo, NY and Tawan Davis, age 22 from Buffalo, NY were charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree and petit larceny at 4235 Veteran Drive. It is alleged that both individuals were is possession of fake $100 bills and purchased items in the store to exchange for real money. Both were arraigned at the County’s centralized arraignment.

Taylor North, age 25 from Geneseo, NY was charged with DWI-Drugs and failure to use designated lane on Main Street. North was transported to the centralized arraignment.
February 9
Thomas Wirth, age 20 from Elmira, NY was charged with loud noise on South Street. Wirth is scheduled to appear in Geneseo Village Court on March 12.
February 10
James Johnston, age 51 from Mt. Morris, NY was charged with DWI, refusal to take a pre-screen device, and an equipment violation on Second Street. Johnston was transported to the centralized arraignment.

Michael Cassidy, age 18 from Penfield, NY was charged with unlawful possession of marihuana on Mary Jamison Drive. Cassidy is scheduled to appear in Geneseo Village Court on March 5.
