LIVINGSTON COUNTY— Two Long Island men, arrested for allegedly mugging a SUNY Geneseo student, have both pleaded not guilty to their individual charges.
Corey Suozzo, 20, and Thomas Wood, 19, were arrested on March 11th after allegedly robbing the student at knife point. The two men were later apprehended on the Geneseo campus.
Suozzo appeared with his attorney, Sarah Wesley, and entered a plea of not guilty to Attempted Robbery in the First Degree. Wood appeared with his attorney, Daniel Magill, and pleaded not guilty to Attempted Robbery in the First Degree, Menacing in the Second Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
Both men are currently out on bail and are scheduled to appear in court next month for further proceedings.
