Geneseo Farmers’ Market Opens Today

GENESEO —  Today the Geneseo Farmers’ Market returns to the streets of Geneseo for the summer.

Anyone looking for fresh fruits or vegetables or even local wine should head down to the Geneseo Farmer’s Market for all of this and much more. Every Thursday from today, June 22, to October 19 on Center street from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

With an abundance of different vendors that all sell products from within a 60 mile radius of Geneseo, they give the community a chance to support local farmers and to have a wide variety of fresh food.

Once again, the market has been completely booked all their vendors for 2017 season. Their activity increases year after year.

They continue to have the goal of  providing locally grown and healthy food to the Geneseo community, setting up an outlet for local farmers to sell and promote their products all while enriching the community with a great atmosphere and a place to gather .
