GENESEO — Two Geneseo adults were arrested after being charged with violating a Judge’s restraining order and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to a press release from the Geneseo Police Department on Jan. 13 Officer Jeffrey Szczesniak arrested Jason Begnouche, 23, and Samantha Marschilok, 24, who were then charged with second degree endangering the welfare of the child and criminal contempt.
Apparently Judge Thomas Bushnell issued a restraining order on September 5th after Begnouche allegedly shook shook his 2-year-old child because they were crying. Begnouche is also alleged to have injured his other child who was at the time 7-months-old.
