Mt. Morris – Gunner is a sweet boy who came to Going to the Dog Rescue with his 3 brothers Gavin, Garth and Geo from a severely overcrowded shelter were they were abandoned as a part of an accidental litter. He was adopted into a home for approximately 8-9 months, but sadly returned because they were unwilling to do training with him to avoid undesirable behaviors.

Gunner will need more practice with basic manners such as sitting and staying when the front door is open along, and will require some exercise and entertainment with his owners to be a happy dog. Gunner is an adolescent typical pooch, who just needs a bit of patience as he wants to engage in activities with his owners. Gunner would work best with fenced yard or an extremely active young couple would be preferred to let him play and be a normal dog.
