Frontier out, Avelo In at Rochester Airport

Frontier Airlines announced earlier this month that they will be ceasing operations out of the Rochester airport on May 5. Their popular non-stop to Orlando, as well as all other Frontier flights, will stop on that day.

The Frederick Douglas Rochester Airport also announced the addition of a new budget airlines, Avelo, with non-stop flights to Raleigh-Durham, as well as other cities such as Memphis, Nashville, Chicago, Miami, and Las Vegas.
