GENESEO — On Thursday April 19th, at 6:00 at the Geneseo Riviera theater, Healthy Campus & Community Coalition (HC3) is holding a community event to keep the conversation going around substance use.
The movie, “Reversing the Stigma” is a new documentary that highlights the work being done in New York State to combat addiction and will be played at the Geneseo Riviera Theater. The film, narrated by acclaimed television journalist Laurie Dhue, profiles multiple people in various stages of recovery, who share their stories and experiences.
The event is free and community and College are both invited. The aim of the event is to promote a casual atmosphere that includes everyone from parents, community members, high school students, facility and College students.
