GENESEO – Wegmans sent out a robocall Thursday morning to warn customers that some frozen hash browns may contain ‘golf ball parts.’
The call included customers who had recently purchased the hash browns.
Specifically, Wegmans said that golf ball material may be in O’Brien frozen hash browns with a ‘best by’ date of Oct. 2017 marked as B161021.
McCain Foods USA has issued a recall of these hash browns.
The hash browns may be returned for a full refund.
